At Zorion Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. While all sales of Webflow templates are final, we strive to ensure that every customer has a seamless experience with our products. Please review our refund policy below:
Non-Refundable Products
Due to the digital nature of our Webflow templates, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the download or access is provided. This policy exists because digital products cannot be "returned" like physical goods.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued at Zorion Studio’s sole discretion in the following exceptional cases:
- Technical Issues: If the template has critical bugs or errors that prevent it from functioning as described, and we cannot provide a suitable resolution.
- Incorrect Purchase: If a customer can show proof of accidentally purchasing the wrong template and has not yet accessed or used it.
- Non-Delivery of Product: If the download link or template access is not delivered after purchase due to technical errors.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at zorionstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide the following details:
- Order confirmation or receipt.
- A description of the issue with supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
Zorion Studio will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Limitations
- Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by customer modifications or improper use of the template.
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to design preferences after purchase.
- Partial refunds will not be issued for discounts or promotions applied after the original purchase date.
