All Zorion Studio templates are the exclusive property of Zorion Studio and are protected under copyright laws and international treaties. Even if modified, templates remain Zorion Studio’s intellectual property. You may not claim ownership of any Zorion Studio template.
We welcome feedback, ideas, and suggestions (“Submissions”). By sharing Submissions with Zorion Studio, you agree that Zorion Studio may use, modify, or distribute them without obligation to provide compensation or credit.
Zorion Studio templates are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Zorion Studio disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Zorion Studio shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our templates, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Zorion Studio templates may integrate with third-party services or tools. Zorion Studio is not responsible for issues caused by such services. Please review the terms and policies of the respective providers.
Zorion Studio may terminate your license or access to templates if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using Zorion Studio templates.
Zorion Studio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant updates will be communicated via the Webflow Template Marketplace or our website. Continued use of Zorion Studio templates after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
